Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Hyderabad AC Care, an independent doorstep air conditioning service provider operated by Hyderabad AC Care (Address: Pillar Number 93, Moghal Nagar, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500006). By booking a service visit, requesting a quotation, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Diagnostic Visiting Fee & Upfront Quotation

A standard doorstep diagnostic inspection fee of ₹349 applies when our technician arrives at your premises. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair, gas charging, or servicing, this ₹349 fee is 100% waived/adjusted into the final service invoice. All estimates are provided upfront before any work commences.

2. 30-Day Post-Service Guarantee

All air conditioner repair services and refrigerant gas refills performed by our technicians include an unconditional 30-day service warranty from the date of the service invoice. If the specific issue or leak recurs within 30 days, we will re-inspect and rectify it free of charge. The warranty does not cover issues caused by external physical damage, extreme power grid surges without stabilizers, or unauthorized tampering by third-party mechanics.

3. Independent Third-Party Status & Trademark Notice

Hyderabad AC Care is an independent technical service provider. We are not an authorized service center or subsidiary of any air conditioner brand (such as Daikin, Voltas, LG, Blue Star, Carrier, Hitachi, Lloyd, Samsung, Panasonic, O General, Godrej, or Mitsubishi). All brand names and logos referenced are strictly used to describe compatible equipment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service and verification of cooling performance. We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards, and cash. An official receipt will be provided upon settlement.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
